DELIVERY VERIFICATION

Customers are required to record a clear, continuous video while opening the package at the time of delivery. This video must show the sealed package and the unboxing process clearly.

This step helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.

RETURNS

We accept returns only for eligible clothing items, subject to the following conditions:

Return Process

  1. Email us at [your official SheATE email] with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear images (atleast 2)
  2. Use the subject line: RETURN – Name – Order Number
  3. Once approved, the return parcel must be shipped by the customer within 5 days.
  4. We currently do not provide reverse pickups. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  5. Once your return request is approved via email, our team will share the official return address. Please do not send any products back without prior confirmation, as such returns will not be accepted.
