PLEASE NOTE
- Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below.
- SheATE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
DELIVERY VERIFICATION
Customers are required to record a clear, continuous video while opening the package at the time of delivery. This video must show the sealed package and the unboxing process clearly.
- Tampered, opened, or damaged packages should not be accepted at the time of delivery.
- In case a package appears tampered, do not accept the delivery and inform us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.
- Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
This step helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.
RETURNS
We accept returns only for eligible clothing items, subject to the following conditions:
- A return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Email us at [your official SheATE email] with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear images (atleast 2)
- Use the subject line: RETURN – Name – Order Number
- Once approved, the return parcel must be shipped by the customer within 5 days.
- We currently do not provide reverse pickups. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Once your return request is approved via email, our team will share the official return address. Please do not send any products back without prior confirmation, as such returns will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
- SheATE does not offer bank refunds.
- All approved returns will be issued as COUPON CODE only.
- Coupon code will be sent via email once the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Coupon code:
- Has no expiry
- Can be redeemed on any future purchase
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are available only for size changes of the same product, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- We offer one free exchange shipment. Any additional exchange shipments will incur a charge.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Email us within 3 days of delivery
- Include:
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Images of the outer courier packaging and tags
- Upon verification, we will offer a replacement of the same item or store credit.
Do not remove tags before reporting a damaged product.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items purchased during sales, discounts, or special promotions
- Customized or altered pieces
- Products marked as Final Sale
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Products are eligible for return/exchange only once.
- If an order is marked delivered but not received, notify us within 24 hours.
- SheATE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners but will assist where possible.
